Special Notes:

Early set up is $55/hr. and the attendant will stay with the equipment.

4×6 pictures/prints are available for an additional $30/hr. We prefer to provide your client with 2×6 prints.

Green screen is quoted per event and availability.

Photography

  • SET-UP REQUIREMENTS: one nearby circuit with at least ten amps of power, one 6′ or 8′ skirted table, a 10’x10′ open space with good visibility.

  • Candid event photography will cover all event happenings (details of setup, candid’s, presentations, posed group pictures, and/or dancing)

  • The image will then be sent to an iPad where guests can immediately email or text it to themselves.

  • Price includes custom-printed 8×8 stretch fabric backdrop of your choosing.

  • A custom branded overlay will be created. Typically, from a logo, event title, or theme.

  • Standard stick props are included to use in our station. If you have a specific theme, please ask about our themed props!

  • Within a week of the event, the images will be uploaded to our public viewing site and a link sent to client.

  • Images can be downloaded at no charge. Additional prints available for a fee.

Step and Repeat Photography

A step and repeat banner are an ideal component to any event. Often times referred to as a press wall or repeat wall, these step and repeat banners are the ideal publicity backdrop to be utilized for event photography. Sometimes created with sheer fabric, but more often printed with a repeating design, pattern or company branded logo, these banners provide a uniform background for the photographing of event attendees.

Red carpet arrival $ 200.00 + $40.00 per stanchion

 Our red-carpet arrival creates a formal, elegant entry for any event. Considered a statement upon entry, this may be dressed up with our chrome stanchions and velvet ropes.

Videography

  • Candid event videography will cover all event happenings (details of setup, candid’s, presentations, posed group pictures, and/or dancing).

  • Videographer will edit footage and upload to secure video sharing website where the client can view and download and/or share.
